  1. Is it possible to subscribe to Streamera Premium for just 1 month?Yes, you can subscribe Streamera Premium even for a single month. Before the expiration of 30 days you must cancel your subscription in the "My Tv" area. If within 30 days you don't cancel it, the contract will be automatically renewed for another month.
  2. Are there any extra costs for the termination of Streamera Premium?No, there is no extra charge for the termination of Streamera Premium.
  3. How does the renewal of Streamera Premium work?Streamera Premium is renewed automatically at the end of the month, for an additional 30 days, if user doesn't request the termination of the service, in the "My Tv" area.
  4. In addition to the monthly fee, can there be any other costs?Streamera charges additional costs if during the month your channel exceeds the hours of viewing and GB of cloud storage included in your contract. For more information, please click here.
  5. What do you mean by "3000 view-hours included"? If during the current month, the total number of hours that your channels content has been viewed goes beyond 3000 hours, you will be charged €0,15 for each additional hour (€0,10 for Gold channels).
    For example:
    in the current month, your channel has only 2 viewers which follow your content (both live and on-demand) as follows:
    - Viewer A follows you for a total of 1 hour, 10 minutes and 5 seconds;
    - Viewer B watches 30 minutes and 20 seconds of content.
    The total viewing time will be 1 hour, 40 minutes and 25 seconds.
    N.B. The total is calculated on the effective seconds that each viewer watches your content.
  6. What do you mean by "1.000 GB cloud storage included"?If during the current month the used storage space exceeeds 1.000 GB, the user will be charged €0,12 for each additional GB used.
  7. Is it possible to track the usage statistics for my channel?Of course, premium users can monitor the statistics any time in the "My TV" area > Statistics.
  8. Is it possible to change my payment details?Yes it is, but at the moment you cannot do it by yourself. Please contact us here.
  9. Where I will recieve all the invoices?We will send you the invoices in .pdf format to your e-mail address, or if different, to the address you type when you subscribed to your Premium product.
  10. How often do you send me the invoices?The invoice is sent monthly and it includes the prepaid monthly fee plus the possible costs for any extra-plafond in the previous month, if due.
  11. I have subscribed to more than one product. How many invoices will I recieve?You will recieve one invoice for each product (for example: 1 product = 1 invoice, 2 products = 2 invoices)
  12. What happens to my account if I don't pay a bill?If you don't pay a bill within 30 days, your premium channel and its content will no longer be available. If you need assistance, please contact us.
  13. How can I terminate my Premium channel?To terminate your premium channel go to the "My TV" area, select the premium channel and click "Downgrade to free".
    Please note that your channel will be available for use until the end of the current 30 day period.
  14. Can I try Streamera Premium for free?Yes, you can get a 30 days free trial, subscribing Streamera Try&Buy. For more information please click here.
  15. Why do you need my credit card details when I subscribe to Streamera "Try & Buy", if the product has a free trial for 30 days?Your credit card details are required because if within 30 days you don't cancel the free trial (in the "My TV" area), your channel will automatically become Silver and from that moment we will bill you for the premium service.
  16. How can I terminate my Try&Buy channel?To terminate Streamera Try&Buy go to the "My TV" area, select the channel and click "Delete Try&Buy".
